Description: This product antineoplastic agents.
Pharmacological effects: The product is a new anti-microtubule drugs, by promotingtubulin polymerization inhibiting depolymerization, to maintain stability of tubulin, inhibit cellmitosis. In vitro experiments show that paclitaxel has significant radiosensitization, maysuspend the cells sensitive to radiation in the G2 and M phase.
Physical Properties: white or white crystalline powder. The product in methanol, ethanol ordissolved in chloroform, slightly soluble in ether, almost insoluble in water.
Storage conditions : 2-8 C, dark moisture sealed and dry.
