Uses: Household insecticide giving rapid knockdown against cockroaches and other crawling insects.
Formulation types: AE.
Compatibility: Incompatible with alkaline compounds.

MAMMALIAN TOXICOLOGY
Oral: Acute oral LD50 for male rats 1800, female rats 900 mg/ kg.
Skin and eye: Acute percutaneous LD50 for male and female rats > 2000 mg/ kg. Non-irritating to skin and eyes ( rabbits) ; not a skin sensitiser ( guinea pigs) .
Inhalation: LC50 ( 4 h) for male and female rats > 1200 mg/ m3.
NOEL: ( 13 w) for rats 100 mg/ kg diet.
Toxicity class: EPA ( formulation) III

ECOTOXICOLOGY
Birds: Dietary LC50 ( 8 d) for mallard ducks and bobwhite quail > 5620 ppm.
Fish: LC50 ( 96 h) for rainbow trout 0.038, bluegill sunfish 0.07 ppm.
Daphnia: EC50 ( 48 h) 0.051 ppm.
