FLYGT C-pumps[Jun. 30, 2011 5:28:19]
Specification
Flygt submersible C-pumps are used mainly for pumping sewage, waste water, and stormwater in municipal pumping stations, and sludge in sewage treatment plants. They are also widely used in industry for many applications, which include pumping process and waste water as well as aggresive and corrosive media.
C-pumps can be installed in small, simple pump stations which can be concealed below ground, without causing any disturbance. They can be mounted quickly and simply on guide bars and lowered into liquid. C-pumps are of short, compact design as a result of the effective seal between the motor and the hydraulic section.
The conventional single-channel impeller is a shrouded channel impeller runing in a volute. The shape and size of the channel minimizes clogging, and therefore makes the pump ideal for waste water containing large solid particles.
NEVACLOG is a single channel impeller with extremely good flow passing properties. This can be achieved by eliminating all parts in the impeller channel where water-flow at low speed might cause clogging. It is primarly designed for the smaller C-pump range where the pump throughlet is small ( i.e. MT-versions of 3085, 3102 and 3127 HT) .
Max. Flowrate from 15 L/ s to 3100 L/ s
Max. Head from 2.8 m to 128 m
IMPORTANT NOTE: Flygt C-pumps series has become obsolete and been changed into Flygt N-pumps series. Flygt C-pumps series have been discontinued.
