Flygt H 8000 wear resistant vortex pumps are designed for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive solids. Years of customer feedback has shown that Flygt H 8000 pumps are cost effective and reliable even under the most demanding conditions. In addition, Flygt vortex pumps offer unmatched long term high performance with minimum downtime. This is due to a number of reasons:
- One, the level of wear in vortex pumps is by nature extremely low
- Two, wear has a limited impact on output
- Three, there are no wear rings in a vortex pump that can reduce pumping efficiency

Low weight is a further advantage offered by Flygt H 8000 pumps. By using Ni-Hard 4 wear resistant
materials, there is no need to run pumps at low speeds to lengthen service lifetime. It is able to pump slurry due to its wear resistant components.
