The outside aluminum uses model6063 for construction with the thickness of 1.4mm and great wind pressure resistance strength. The thickness of the non-tempered common glass is 5mm. through the test of Heilongjiang Supervision Check and Test Center, the wind pressure resistant property of the glass has reached 4300Pa. according to the national standard GB/ T7106-2002, it has reached 7-level. If the window is for high-rise building, it needs to use the tempered glass.

We adopt the LD31 6063 aluminum which has stable quality, advanced heat treatment, even lattice structure, glossy surface and good corrosion-resistant property. This kind of aluminum has good inner and outer quality.

Four kinds of surface processing methods:

( 1) Anode oxidation, silver-white oxidation color and champagne, the thickness of the film 25¼ m. All of the above make the aluminum a good mental texture.

( 2) Electrophoresis: frosted electrophoresis and flat electrophoresis make the aluminum have bright mental shine.

( 3) Static electricity flour spraying. The Aksu flour has super durability against the change of the weather. Also its plentiful color series make our products the first choice for construction.

( 4) Fluorin-carbon spray-painting process makes our products a fine texture and super durability against the change of the weather.
