The solid wood and aluminum composite window is designed multiple hollow type aluminum frame work structures, which forms the continuous separation sections for heat preservation. In the middle the nylon 66 separates the wood and the aluminum to preserve heat. Compared to the products designed one hollow, the external appearance, heat preservation property and the strength of our product are more superior.The frame corners of the solid wood are jointed by the combination of the tenon connection type and the nail-connection type. The tight joint avoids splitting.

The utilization of the multiple hollow type aluminum frame work structures of the aluminum, the double glazing hollow glass and the high-quality adhesive tape makes the room temperature 3 ^ 5 higher than that of using other common windows at the same condition. Through measurement and test, the heat preservation property has reached the target of 2.91W/ ( ¡ • K) . According to the national standard GB/ T8484-2002, its heat preservation property has reached 7-level.
