The gap between the wood and the plastics is sealed by the sealed glue which has the effect of the second heat-preserving. The frame corners of the solid wood are jointed by the combination of the tenon joint type and the nail-joint type. The tight joint avoids splitting. The solid wood and PVC windows use the double hollow glass with the property of the best heat-preserving.

2. High-strength in its entirety

The solid wood and PVC composite window can guarantee its strength property by using the steel filler. Based on closed section, the block and buckle connection between wood and PVC, it adopts plastics-steel window welding technique. The strength in its entirety cannot be influenced by the cementation. So it has high strength and good rigidity.
