In 2003, HUASU developed and adopted Horizontal Structure with Chain Type Transmission Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can do diameters from 200mm to500mm. In 2005, HUASU developed another new type Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can do PE pipe diameter from 200mm to 800mm and PVC pipe from400mm to 1000mm with Horizontal Structure and Shuttle Transmission. Under control of PLC from SEIMENS COMPANY and driving of Servmotors, this line realizes hermetic recycling water-cooling method, pipe two layers belling on line, etc. This line absolutely can replace the imported machines from developed countries.

  • Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Machine
    Double wall corrugated pipe line Features:
    In order to meet the demand of plastic pipe market, HUASU Company designed and developed this HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line SBG 200 by absorbing advanced technology from foreign countries plastic machinery industry. This Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is the latest study achievement in the plastic extrusion field. This extrusion line is suitable for the high speed extrusion of HDPE, LDPE, and PP material. SBG 200 HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line adopts directly extruding (single extruder or two extruders’ co-extrusion) and forming technology, human-machine interface control system. It makes high automation degree, reliable quality and stable production become true. And this pipe production line wins our home and abroad customers’ good reputation.
    Extruder: High speed and efficiency single screw extruder is specially designed for extrude PE material. Grooved barrel, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated pipe are independently fed material by two extruders. It can make the inner and outer layers produce different material and guarantee high efficiency extrusion.
    Corrugator: Corrugator is adopted horizontal structure with chain type transmission, equipped with open water cooling system. It greatly increases the production speed. Mold Blocks moving adopts advanced synchronous upper and lower mechanical drive system. It assures moving accuracy and plastic pipe quality stability. Advanced self-lubricating system makes the forming molds and mold plates abrasions minimize and greatly extend the service life.
    Die head: it adopts spiral type special structure design, small volume, and clean flow. This structure can effectively eliminate internal stress of corrugated pipe, remove the weld pipe marks, and make the corrugated pipe inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.

    Cutting machine: By electrical, pneumatic joint control, it can make smooth pipe incision, dustless cutting, simple and sensitive operation becomes true. It can implement fixed- length automatically cutting which matched over loading fixed-length equipment.
    Control system: this Double wall corrugated pipe line adopts Siemens professional PLC control system, 15 "large color touch screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
