Zhongyuan Special Steel Co., Ltd, built from 1970, is located at the foot of Wangwu mountain in west Jiyuan city, Henan province, and adjacent to Xiaolangdi water control project on the Yellow River. Being approved by National Resource Committee of State Department, Technology and Industry Committee of National Defense, China South Industries Group Corporation, it changed into limited company from limited-liability Company ( the former name of it is Henan Zhongyuan Special Steel Group limited) .
At the present time, the registered capital of our company is 386.51 million RMB, engaging in machining and manufacturing of special steel forgings, special steel products, and technical services, consulting services, warehousing ( excluding combustible material) , general cargo, import and export business ( excluding products and technology which are limited or forbidden by state ) , changing and providing electricity, accommodation, food and drink. Our company covers the area of 2.15 million  © O and a building area of 0.27 million  © O.It owns 3500 sets of main technological equipments. There are 4200 employees, and 1000 of whom are technical and managing personnel.
Our company mainly engages in research and development, manufacturing, sales and services for industrial specialized equipment and large-scale fine forging of special steel, mainly serving the equipment manufacturing industry, such as oil, electricity, shipbuilding, metallurgy, machinery and so on. Our company is at present the largest enterprise of producing retained mandrel in Asia, whose retained mandrel took the place of importing mandrel, and in November of 2006, was regard as the state key new product by National Science and Technology department, Department of Commerce, the Environmental Protection Agency and the General Administration of Quality Supervision all together. 18. Steel making equipments
Steel making equipments include 25t and 30t basic arc furnace, 8t electroslag
remelting furnace, and ASEA-SKF 30t ladle refining furnace made in Sweden . In steel making, duplex process or triplex are adopted to eliminate nonmetal substance and harmful elements to the best, which can control chemical ingredient of steel. By the means of spray powder, feed-silk, argon shield casting, steel making system combines ASEA-SKF 30t ladle refining furnace, LVF furnace, VOD furnace, powder injection, wire feed, argon protecting to form an efficient product line. Not only precision alloy steel but also many various standard special steel can be made through the product line.
19. Forging equipments
Forging equipments cover the largest-scale SXP-65 1400t rotary forging machine at home, 4500t hydraulic press machine exporting from aboard, 2200t hydraulic press machine, which is remade by PANHKE Corporation of Germany. It is also equipped with 10t hydraulic press machine made in Japan and 1600t hydraulic press machine and several sets of air hammers. The forging technological process is cogged by 2200t hydraulic press machine, and precision forged to be formed by 1400t rotary gorging machine. The forgings rank first at home with the good internal and external quality, high dimensional accuracy.

20. Machining
Machining system is equipped with various kinds of heavy and medium duty machining equipments of 5m-20m lathes for rough and finishing machining, 6m, 8m, 10m, and 11m deep-hole drilling and boring machines, pipe threading and so on. Deep hole can reach to 11m. Workpieces less than 800mm in diameter and 20m in length can be rough machined.
21. Heat treatment
Heat treatment system is furnished with 1500t hydraulic straightening machine, 20m cover-type resistance annealing furnace, 20m cover-type resistance quenching and tempering furnace, 6 sets of 3.6* 9m bogie- hearth annealing furnace, 2 sets of 3.0* 11m bogie- hearth annealing furnace, 5 sets of 2.2* 12m well-type resistance furnace with well  ¨ Ctype quenching water groove and oil groove of heat treating equipments in complete sets. Heat treatment adopt resistance heating ( the accuracy of temperature is within the range of  ¡ à € 2 ¡ à ¦ ) . It is capable of performing heat treatment in normalizing, quenching and tempering for all kinds of large-size hollow, solid shaft  ¨ Ctype and special  ¨ Ctype workpieces within the range of 15t in max in weight and 20m max in length.

As regarding to general products quality controlling, the company on November 23, 2006 passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification, and on September 29, 2007 it passed the GJB9001A-2001 quality management system certification, and on January 1, 2008 GB / T24001-2004 environment and GB/ T20081-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. Our company possesses the GB/ T19001-2000 ( idtISO9001: 2000) quality management system certification ( registration number: 00806 Q10729ROL) issued by China new era quality system certification center.

Counterfeit marks are attached to our products in warehouse from May 1st, 2008. Quality management will investigate the event with supervision together if customers reflect that the certificate of quality of our company is used by other companies. Anti-counterfeit label announcement:
In order to protect the interest of customers and our company, to prevent the counterfeit products, to build a fair competitive market, our company decided to use anti-counterfeit system to inspect all products from May 1 , 2008. The anti-counterfeit marks are attached on the top-left corner of certificate of quality, and customers can check whether the products are made by us or not by dialing the national number 12365. This is our significant move of fighting with counterfeit. The steps are demonstrated in detail in the following:
1. The 12365 system adopts advanced digital anti-counterfeit technology and can produce 20 stochastic, non-repetitive codes. One mark just can be checked once, and the period of validity is two years.
2. When customers check the products, he or she first scrape the mark and gets to see the codes, and then input the codes through the 12365 system.
3. There are three ways of checking:

( 3) Website of quality and technology supervision bureau: www.12365.gov.cn
4. System provides information as follow in the process of check:
( 1) System machine speaks that the products are made by Zhongyuan special steel limited company and thanks for using the real products when the codes are real and not checked before.
( 2) System machine speak that the codes have been checked and are blank out now when the codes are checked before.
( 3) System machine speak that the codes are two years and blank out now when the codes are out of date.
( 4) System machine speak that the products are not made by Zhongyuan special steel limited company and you can dial 0391-6099000 to complain.
( 5) System machine appears some words  ¡  ° the products you check are made and sold by Zhongyuan special steel limited company and thanks for using the real products ¡  ± .
Counterfeit marks are attached to our products in warehouse from May 1st, 2008. Quality management will investigate the event with supervision together if customers reflect that the certificate of quality of our company is used by other companies. We will end the cooperation relationship with those partners who embezzle our certificate of quality. As for using our anti-counterfeit mark, we will deliver the man who is responsible for the event to HR department, to require the man to pay money, or end the labor contract and so on.
