ZY37703B1 Pneumatic and PLC Training Table is R& D to meet the teaching requirement of Pneumatic technology, Hydraulic and pneumatic transmission and such courses in vocational schools. In addition to the conventional pneumatic basic control loop experimental project, it can also be used for pneumatic demonstration, analog pneumatic control technology and pneumatic curriculum design. The bench uses aluminum structure and pneumatic component is installed on the dedicated base, which is convenient for loading and unloading. The platform is comprehensive, intuitive, open and experimental, which is the ideal equipment for evaluation of automation, mechatronics and such professional experiment.

1) As independent modules, various pneumatic components are equipped with the base plate with flexible pins to construct various pneumatic loop on the common aluminum plate, with quick loading and unloading, flexible distribution and clear pneumatic loop.
2) It uses mute air compressor to provide a good experiment environment.
3) Pneumatic component has pneumatic control, electronic control and manual control, etc., and pneumatic loop can use independent relay control for controlling. It can highlight the advantage of PLC control by comparison of two control methods, to deepen understanding and master PLC.
4) Pneumatic loop uses quick connector, electric loop uses special experiment connection wire with protection function, and student constructs experiment loop under the guidance of experimental manual; with rich pneumatic components, students can design pneumatic application system by themselves, thus to exercise their hands-on and thinking ability.
5) With current leakage protection, it would cut off the power when earth leakage current exceeds 30mA; electric control uses 24V DC power supply, and system rated pressure is 0.7Mpa, which is a safe low-voltage experiment system.
