I. Introduction to this Equipmen

XP-1000 Pulverizer belongs to horizontal rotator type.Its main parts consist of main machine, cutter disk, smashing cavity, grinding cavity and vane wheel( impeller) .The motor drives the rotator rotate with high speed in the smashing cavity, thus makes the raw material into broken bits under the violent pounding, reacting force, cutting and grinding from the alloy cutters rotating with high speed.Instead of mesh screen, this pattern of the machine produce the product through air winnowing selection, graduation and dust-removing.Therefore, structurally, this pattern of equipment is more efficient than the patterns that depond upon screening selection.In addition, it is featured with less occupation of ground square and non-powder pollution.Due to the succession of the production process, we provide the whole set of the equipment:

Main Engine-----the Pulverizer;

Auxiliary Parts-----Air Separator, blower, Powder Collector and Dust-Remover

II. Features of the Equipment
