The features and working principles.

This machine is suitable for drying powders and granular materials.

Fluid Bed Dryer working principle is based on the Spray Granulator:
Incorporating material powder / granule / granules into the bowl container machine. Cold air drawn into the container through the machine working space fluid bed dryer, the air before entering the engine working fluid bed dryer at the filtered through a pre-filter and final ( HEPA) filters in the heating chamber and through the rear main engine ( Heat Exchanger) , heated to a temperature desired by the heater.
The material is fluidized in the fluid container machine regularly. Product moisture is pulled out by a fan so that the product be dried and flattened in every grain with the same drought levels below 1% .

Container and workspace Fluid Bed Spray Dryer has a spherical structure of the tube. thus avoiding the dead angle.

* Inside the container a fluid bed dryer is given the addition of optional stirrer / Stirrer. Stirrer serves to avoid the agglomeration of wet material and the flow channel formed during drying.
* The filter bag on a special fiber made   of nonstick. With safe operation.
* Discharged by turning over. It is quick, and fully.
* Operated at a negative pressure of sealed and designed by GMP standards
* This machine can also be designed to automatically fill and reduce as needed.
* The drying process is very fast, stable temperature. In general, the drying time of each container takes about 20 ~ 30 minutes.
