Feature:

1. Paste concentration rate rise 10-15% than multifunction tank and the active ingredient doubled. In the process of extract, the heat solvent continual touches the medicine from the up to the bottom by fast speed to solute the medicine. The contents in the medicine and solvent keep high grads. The solvent in the medicine dissolved in far speed until complete dissolved. This make the ointment has high grads.

Put the medicine in extract tank, add 5-10 times the medicine of the liquid as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone etc ( according to the crafts requirement) , start the extract tank pass through and jacket steam valve to heat the extract liquid until it boiling. Extract one third of extract liquid to concentrator after 20-30 minutes of boiling. Shut off the extract tank pass through and jacket steam and open heater valve to concentrate the liquor. The second steam which produced in concentration passes through the evaporator to extract tank as heat source and solution to maintain boiling.

The second steam keep ascend and condensed when pass condenser and drop to the extract tank as new solvent. New solvent gets through the medicine layer to the bottom of the extract tank by fast speed. The soluble active ingredient dissolved in the solvent in extract tank. Extract liquid extracted to concentrator through filter pipe. The second steam after concentration resends to the extract tank as heat source and new solvent. This form refluence full extracted and makes the solute density in medicine and solute density in solvent keep high grads. The solute in medicine completed dissolute in high speed ( extract liquid colorless) . Then the extract liquid stop extracts concentrator. Concentrated second steam transfer to cooler to keep concentration until reach the needed gravity ointment ( 1.2-1.34) and discharged. The colorless liquid in the extract tank can store in storage tank to make reuse in next time. The dregs discharged from dreg socket. If extract organic solvent, add proper water first then open the straightway and jacket steam, recycle solvent and discharged the dregs
