A new floriculture center of Surabaya metropolitan city, itâ € ™ s a center for urban agribusiness also to facilitating groups of urban farmers and business associations related to agriculture product and services. STA Karah-Surabaya is a consortium company held by Karah Regency Institution, Mayor of Surabaya cq Agriculture Office and supporting by DG Horticulture of MOA. STA Karah-Surabaya provides but not limited to: ( a) Grocery outlet for floriculture products; ( b) Auction week; ( c) Training and consultation clinic; and ( d) Grocery outlet for floriculture supporting facilities. A management body as a mandate from the consortium manages all operating activities of STA Karah-Surabaya.
Official announcement of STA Karah-Surabaya was openned by Drs Bambang Dwihartono, MSi as Mayor of Surabaya on May 30, 2008.
