Xuzhou Remarkable Metal Product Co., Ltd is a professional factory engaged in producing, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and dipping plastic treatment of special steel structure. Our factory located in east of Xuzhou city in Jiangsu province, it enjoys very convenient transportation.
The company was founded in 2007, with 10 million registered capitals, having more than 300 skilled workers, including 15 technical personnel and 4 advanced engineers. The company was founded on a high start point with strong comprehensive strength. Our product range covers highway safety barrier systems. cable trays, steel gratings, special steel structures, logistics and storage facilities, building hardware/ scaffolds and hot dip galvanizing products etc. Our products are widely used in transportation, construction, refrigeration and other industries.
The company invests 15 million for the first phase project, and the first phase project had finished and put into use at 17th Jan. 2008. There are more than 15, 000m2 workshops and 3 production lines now, including more than 10, 000 m2 workshops for hot-dip galvanizing. There are 3 zinc pots:
NO.1----- 14.5m ( length) * 2.2m ( width) * 2.8m ( depth)
NO.2-----8m ( length) * 1.25m ( width) * 1.25m ( depth)
NO.3-----12.5m ( length) * 1.25m ( width) * 1.25m ( depth)
We have had various kinds of modern equipments, such as punching machine, digital control cutter, tool of saw, plate cutter, bending machine, electric welding machine, radial drilling machine, digital control lathe, milling machine processing center and so on. Xuzhou Dahuangshan Hot Galvanizing Company is our affiliated factory which is a professional factory with more than 15 yearsâ € ™ experience in hot galvanizing processing. So we can ensure the high quality of the hot galvanizing products.
The company has built a 1, 0000 m2 steel structure process workshop and a 2, 000 m2 powder coating workshop in the second phase project. By the time this project finished, the production ability of the special steel structure will reach to 30, 000 tons per year, and the production ability of the superficial hot galvanizing and powder coating treatment will reach to 60, 000 tons per year.
