1. Shell tube diameter: Ã 50mm, Ã 63mm, Ã 76mm, Ã 89mm, Ã 102mm ( 4â ) , Ã 108mm, Ã 127mm ( 5â ) , Ã 133mm, Ã 152mm ( 6â ) , Ã 159mm, Ã 178mm, Ã 194mm, Ã 219mm, other diameters available on request.
2. Shell tube length: From 180mm-3500mm
3. Material: pipe, Q235 equal to S235JR ( DIN) ; Shaft, 45# STEEL ( GB) equal to C45 ( DIN)
4. Bearing: deep groove ball and double sealing bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance
5. Sealing: multi-labyrinth sealing to protect the bearing, retarding the ingress of contaminants to the bearing.
6. Lubrication: adequate quantities of lithium grease per bearing, all rollers are self-lubricated for life.
7. Color: roller surface could be painted any color as per customer request.
8. Brand: ROLLKING
Each roller would be through strict inspection and test to ensure every out coming roller is of true high quality.
