A. S. is an Italian consulting company established in 1988 . The company operates in three areas that starting from the design ( project) and passing through the research of the suppliers, arrives to the construction of the prototype approved permitting us to supply to our customers the product he was looking for with a professional 360 ° service. 1- ENGINEERING We can supply, complete projects of different machineries We can also provide: - Both 2D drawings and 3D numerical models, compatible with the most well known software. - Preparation of complete Bill of Material - Preparation of samples and/ or prototypes realised with the fast prototyping technique. In the last months we have developed the following complete projects:  § A Garage equipment machine: a 2 columns lift and a scissor lift  § A Mozzarella cheese production line  § Many models of wood saws  § Seven Bio-shredders for agricultural uses  § 41 different Autoclave model for a prominent Italian producers of beverages ( with full Group IV PED CE approval) .  § A Diesel Engines Assembly Line  § A special machine for taking out of the ground the trees.  § A Movable lift for painting boots.  § Concept design of a machine for the recovery of the Aluminium contained on the caps of the yoghurt pots.  § Hydraulic Bow-Trust ( used to control the big boats during approaches inside the harbours) .  § A special application for a truck to be used for spraying chemical products in the vineyards. Recently we have completed the design of a Body-shop repairing machine. ( covered by many patents) , we have realised the prototypes and now we are following the pre-production/ industrialisation . In September in Automechanica Frankfurt were exhibited 2 machines designed by ROLLBO In the next months we are planning the development of a complete family of Shearing machines and will have to design a new mechanical lift with electronic control of the synchronisation of its arms. At the moment we are developing a new servo steering air spryer used in agriculture e very complex equipment which prototype will be exhibited next November in Eima ( exhibition of machineries for agriculture) . We can supply: - Preparation of userâ € ™ s manuals in different languages. - Preparation of all the stress calculations needed for the preparation of the declaration of conformity and requested by the notified body in order to perform the approval of the product. - Research, when necessary ( for products included in attachment IV of the norms ) , of a notified body that will perform the declaration of conformity for product approval. Our Company monitors the process, step by step. - Preparation of all mould and tooling drawings as required. - Study of the assembly line with complete assembly process drawings and definition of all the required tooling. - Feasibility study of joint ventures. - Financial assistance to the J.V. project finalized to the collection of project financing at competitive rates. The participation of our engineers to specific training courses, our continuous update to new norms, permit us to supply to our customers a life warrantee updating , when necessary, the documentation of their products. One of the areas of the approval recently we have given most attention to is the checking and preparation of documents for products included in the Pressure Equipment Directive PED EN/ 97/ 23 ( tanks, heatexchangers, autoclaves) . 3-RESEARCH OF SUPPLIERS. Our technicians, all coming from the purchasing area of many important companies, are available for any need to became the external support of our customers. We can share with our customers a large database with more than 1200 suppliers, both Italians and not. Our database is constantly updated with researches and visits to the suppliers themselves and to the most important exhibitions. Our engagement, if requested, is not limited to the research of suppliers but we can follow the production of prototypes and check products before delivery. If needed we do not limit our involvement in finding the most suitable supplier, but we can also follow the production of prototypes, check products before deliveries and warrantee the scheduled program of shipments . For this reason and in order to simplify the business relationships between our customers and the local Companies we have an office in Lithuania and another one in China.. We have chosen those Countries because for a very competitive cost, can guarantee an absolutely outstanding level of quality. We have daily contacts with them but, in order to keep up to date all the pending projects, at least once per month we visit our Lithuanian office and every two months the one in Laizhou ( China) ROLLBO eng S.A.S di G. With one of our American customers, we were able to realise a saving that, just in the last year, exceeded US$ 1.4 millions.
