1 . GOAL / PURPOSE
a. To manage the work of Information Technology ( IT ) in the day-to- day operations within the company
b . Providing technology solutions and consultancy to achieve the company' s objectives and business strategy
2 . DIMENSIONS / DIMENSION
a. Directly responsible to the Director .....
b . Working closely with the business leaders of other units in providing consultancy , advice on planning the upcoming work and the development of technology resources such as hardware , infrastructure , telecommunications , and others .

3 . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES AND Responsibilities
a. Managing Information Technology and computer systems
i . Responsible for the readiness and availability of computer systems / applications in an enterprise environment
ii . Making and / or implementation of all systems and applications
iii . Design, manage , and monitor and evaluate the operation of the information systems ( software and application ) and supporting ( hardware , infrastructure , telecommunications )
iv . Create and implement policies and procedures for IT ( IT policy) including IT security policies ( IT security policy)
v . Working with IT vendors to design , create and implement a system or application if necessary
vi . Create and oversee IT budgets ( budget ) and expenditures
b . Providing Information Technology solutions
i . Responsible for the provision of infrastructure services including applications , computer networking ( LAN / WAN ) , telecommunications and information technology security
ii . Provide recommendations on solutions and supporting information systems
iii . Orient new employees regarding the applications or systems in use today and the plan in general or IT strategy
iv . Designing and making IT DRP ( Disaster Recovery Plan )
v . Provide direction to subordinates regarding the use of technology and solutions
c . Supervision and maintenance of Information Technology
i . Working closely with senior management to create , design of IT services in the document Service Level Agreements
ii . Provide monthly reports to the Director of Finance on all aspects of the IT department ( Information Technology )

ii . Having knowledge in managing the IT department ( managing the IT Department )

iii . Have the ability to work in a team ( team work )
iv . Has the analytical skills and problem solving

iii . Working closely with HR in the career development of staff as well as the selection of a new IT staff
iv . Working closely with the HR team in the manufacture of Legal and IT policy
v . Working together dnegan procurement in the procurement of IT inventory
b . external
i . Working closely with vendors in the making of the application ( if necessary )
ii . Working closely with consultants in the development , performance improvement solutions and IT departments ( Information Technology )
iii . Working closely with the management of Internet providers in the internet and telecommunications
