Qualifications of Bakthavatsalam Sridhar Rao

He is the managing partner of KJPP Rao, Yuhal & Rekan. He has a licensed business valuer from the Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Board and Ministry of Finance in Indonesia. And he has numerous experience in Business Valuation by preparing Feasibility Study, Business Plan, Financial Modeling, Intangible Assets and Share Valuations in many industry.

Heâ € ™ s capabilities in Investment Banking & M& A was the basis for Deloitte to bring him in as a Senior Director to their M& A practice in Indonesia. His standing in the capital market is acknowledge by his contribution in Credit Suisse, Singapore and UBS, Jakarta. Where he led numerous IPOs from origination to deal structuring to book building and capital raising.

No. B-1.10.00268, from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
- He is a senior member of the Indonesian Society of Appraisers ( MAPPI) No : 05-S-01838.


Qualifications of Yuhal

He is a Senior Partner of KJPP RAO, YUHAL & REKAN. He is a property appraiser, consultant and analyst who has been active in all forms of real estate appraisals.

Before set up KJPP RAO, YUHAL & REKAN, he has over 20 years experience in the Property Consultants and he has work for a number of notable International Property Consultants Companies in Indonesia, including :

- PT. Bestimate Propindo ( Edmund Tie & Co)
- PT. Piesta Penilai ( Finch Freeman)
- PT. CB Richard Ellis Indonesia ( CBRE)
