Asphalt tank L.D.O. tank Control Cabin
Asphalt Tank is fully insulated to minimize heat. The bitumen inside the tank is heated by U-shaped heating tube fitted with automatic burner of adequate capacity. A jacketed bitumen pump driven by variable speed motor through reduction gear box is provided to pump the bitumen to the drum. The bitumen flow rate is controlled by varying the RPM of variable speed motor.
Storage capacity : 15, 20, 25, 30 Ton
L.D.O. Tank is made of the highest quality raw material which is turned to LDO tanks making use of sophisticated and latest technologies. The capacity of the LDO tank varies with the plant where it is planted. We offer LDO tanks with various capacities and sizes and also fabricate these as per the requirements of the clients.

Control Cabin is prepared for the safe installation of control panels. These cabins are designs in such a way that they are dust proof and ensure hassle free and smooth operation of computer panel. The operator sitting inside the cabin can overview the actual operation around the cabin through the display installed in the cabin.

Thermic Unit
THERMIC UNIT ( HOT OIL SYSTEM) : Thermic unit has the three oil heaters ( boiler) of capacity 9 KWatt with temperature sensor and auto controller are circulated to maintain precise bitumen temperature. 1hp pump boils oil upto 200° to 300° degrees which in turn maintains required material temperature ( Coal-tar) and keeps material easy flow through the pipes without any blockage. The material circulates through Hot oil jacketing type bitumen pump with jacketing & insulation on bitumen pipeline.
Filler Unit
The filler hopper is provided to add Filler / Mineral from a separate hopper, in the mix to the extent pre-selectable in percentage by weight of the maximum plant output. The unit is fabricated from 5 m thick steel plate and mounted on robust steel structure. The system is powered by a variable speed motor coupled with gear box to rotary valve and also synchronized with aggregate & bitumen output. The filler material from this unit is conveyed pneumatically upto mixing zone in the thermodrum.

Pollution Control Unit
Wet Scrubber type pollution control, horizontal and vertical type with 3HP water pump.
Electronic Computerized
Control Panel
The plant is supplied with Electronic Computerized Control Panel. All controls, including the motor control center circuit breakers are provided in the control panel. The control panel comprises of the automatic burner controls, aggregate and asphalt blending controls, motor controls, feeder bin controls and electric switchgear.
Salient Features
o All the parameters like, temperature of bitumen-hot mix material-exhaust gases and aggregate weight, asphalt percentage, hot mix material weight etc. are displayed on the control panel.
o It is equipped with protections like single phasing, overload, fuses, sequence interlock etc.
o Load wise data can be printed on the printer provided in the panel.
o The body of the panel is fabricated from CRC sheet and is dulypowdercoated.
Bag Filter
Features:

Bag Filter Components
FILTER BAGS & CAGES
Bag Selection is generally dependant on the type of the application in which it is to be used. Bags are offered depending upon the size & type of the dust particle, Temperature of the gas, Hygroscopic nature of the dust material etc. Bags are fitted from the clean plenum & have snap ring for fitting in the tube sheet.
Cages are the support for bags in vacuum. Finish of the cages is very important as it is directly responsible for bag wear & tear due to friction.
VENTURIES
Venturi is a flow enhancer & is fitted in the cage with the help of screws. Unique design to facilitate quick removal of bags from top clean plenum available in various materials of construction.
SOLENOID VALVE
Pulse jet valves are of diaphragm type, which are actuated by an attached solenoid coil. Solenoid coil gets energized by signal provided by timer, which in turn operates the Diaphragm valve.
TIMER
Multichannel sequential programmable timers are supplied with IP-55 ( Dust Proof) protection. Timers have digital display which shows pulse duration time & interval time between consecutive pulse. Timings are settable with the help of key-pad provided on the timer.
R.A.V.
Rotary Airlock Valve is a dust discharging component, which maintains the vacuum inside the bag filter while rotating. Rotor inside the RAV is rotated by geared drive & is precisely machined maintaining close tolerances for clearance.
