SALIENT FEATURES

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
FEED HOPPERS ( FOUR BINS) : Each bin having independent belt conveying weighing system driven by AC variable speed motors synchronize with loadcells for accurate and best weighing ( to minimize overflow from hot bin) of aggregates and is supplied to dryer drum as per job mix. At the discharge end of gathering conveyor a single deck vibrating screen is provided for oversize removal of aggregates. This arrangement saves fuel and also eliminates overhead chute for disposal of oversize metal. Sand bin have vibratory motors.
DRYER UNIT : The drum is fully insulated for heat loss. An automatic electronics twin blower type burner giving high energy outputs with low fuel consumption is positioned in such a way that the flame direction makes a counter flow situation with ° C control in different seasons. Replaceable internal lifting flights designed to ensure optimum heat transfer and drying of aggregates. Service fuel tank is provided for dryer burner.
MULTI CYCLONE TYPE PRIMARY DUST COLLECTOR : Course dust particles in aggregate is fully absorbed before moving to hot aggregate bucket elevator. Out smoke with fine dust particles is filtered by bag filter.
DUST EMISSION CONTROL UNIT ( AIR POLLUTION CONTROL) : Fine dust is absorbed by Bag filter type air pollution control unit to meet the most stringent emission levels specified within current worldwide environmental standards with pneumatic bag cleaning system, Dust re-feeding to filler bucket elevator through screw conveyor. It operates forward-reverse mode as per the requirement of dust to the mix.
THREE DECK VIBRATORY SCREEN : Totally enclosed dust sealed housing, 4nos. discharge chute with removable rails and access for maintenance and mesh changing.
HOT AGGREGATE BINS ( FOUR) : Hot bin with four compartments of suitable storage capacity fully insulated and each bin having independent loadcell and steel belt conveyor driven by AC brake motors and its feeding control ensures graded aggregate to retention hopper.Hotbin with level sensor prevent to overflow or less qty. synchronized with bin motor.
RAW MIX RETENTION HOPPER : Temporary storage hopper is utilized for holding the batch of raw mix aggregates before feeding to the paddle mixer with auto operated hydraulic gate.
BITUMEN BUCKETS ; Bitumen service buckets with hot oil circulation & outside wall insulated hanging on 4Nos. loadcells and bitumen discharge into mixer through auto feed pump.
MINERAL FILLER WEIGHING BUCKET : Mineral filler weighing hopper hanging on 4 nos. loadcell discharge into mixer by auto rotary valve.
PADDLE MIXER UNIT : The mixer unit is hot oil jacketed and outside wall insulated. The paddles, arms and tips are made of wear resistant high Ni hardened steel, hydraulically operated full width discharge door.
BITUMEN HEATING & STORAGE TANK : Asphalt storage tank fully insulated with efficient heating system through thermic fluid boiler and with bitumen pump station, insulated jacked bitumen pipeline supply to bitumen weighing buckets feeding through auto control valve.
THERMIC HOT OIL SYSTEM : Thermic oil heaters ( boiler) suitable capacity Kcal./ Hr. are circulated with auto temperature controls to maintain precise bitumen temperature. Hot oil jacketing type bitumen pump with jacketing & insulation on bitumen pipeline, bitumen weigh hopper and mixing unit.
FILLER FEEDING AND STORAGE : Filler feeding from ground level to silo by bucket elevators or pneumatically. Filler is supplied to weighing hopper through auto control screw conveyor. Silo with vibratory motor.
FUEL STORAGE TANK : If require, an additional fuel storage tank is supplied alongwith suitable fuel pump station.( Optional)
CONTROL PANEL ROOM : A fully automatic Imported PLC based computerised feather touch control panel with display screen and Imported AC Drive offers centralized operation in an insulated dust proof control room. The plant operation with synchronizing of bitumen, aggregate and filler as per required jobmix with production printer. ( Air Conditioner is in buyer’ s scope.)
