Surfactant and polymer materials are effectively useful, while surfactant is functioning as wetting agent where

QC~ OUTODUSTâ liquid will faster wetting coal grain ( fine coal) and stronger penetration power of QC~ OUTODUSTâ liquid pores in each coals.

Polymer materials can be as bonding agent, where it can bound soft grains of coal to be bigger ( agglomeration) or soft grains of coal will stick on coals.
