This easy-to-use microprocessor controlled thickness gauge is ideal for measuring the thickness of both metallic and non-metallic materials— ideal for use on various types of raw materials, component parts, and assembled machinery. Meter measures the thickness of virtually any substance using ultrasonic waves. Substances being measured must have parallel top and bottom surfaces. Meter is fully calibratable. Preset sound velocities include five different user-definable materials. Store up to ten thickness readings in the nonvolatile memory.
