Obadiah Johnson Consortium is a privately owned consultancy outfit that specializes in information management, in-depth audit contract assessments and also act as a data bank and Policy articulator for the Presidency. Our job include: - ( 1) Taking Inventory of all awarded contracts within the three tiers of Governments ( 2) Assessing the level of funding of each project. ( 3) Under taking a physical inspection of each project to determine work done and ascertain whether it is commensurate to the amount paid to the contractor( s) ( 4) Evaluate the professional competence of the contractor( s) handling the various projects and determine whether the level of execution of the project is in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement between the Ministry and the contractor( s) . We also examine a plan of action that is realistic, practical and achievable, including implementation phases of the projects. Examine the reason given if applicable why the projects were not executed in accordance with the terms of contract agreements and to make recommendations to the Government on how to fast track the completion of the projects. .
