We will forward an FCO to a positive response.On exchange of full company details, and establishment of credibility, the NCND will be signed.Then on the END BUYER/ REFINERIES formal request to the SELLER, the Proof of Product( Certificate of allocation of consignment issued by N.N.P.C.) can be made avaliable to the END BUYER/ REFINERIES for verification/ validation of this specific consignment. Subsequent proceedure is detailed in the FCO.
