The PHOTON 1200 main principal is
based on a geometrical parameters
measuring of the same section during
rotary-linear motion of the test object.
The System is stationary and can be
easily incorporated into any exisiting
production line.

PHOTON 1200 can test objects like -
pipes, sticks, axles, shafts..etc.
Depending on system configuration the
user is able to obtain following results:

~ Other current and mean diameter
~ Out-of-roundness and curvature
~ Conicity
~ Saddle and barrelling
~ Object linear motion measurement
~ Radius of curvature

PHOTON 1200 is intended to verify the
technical compliance of pipes and axles
geometrical parameters during inhouse
assembly-line production. The System
can be effectively used at pipe & metal
factories producing circle rolling pipes.
