In November 25, 2010, CHINA YIFAN MINING MACHINERY CO., LTD, the leading manufacturer of crushing and screening equipments in China, has signed the joint venture agreement with GERMANY HAZEMAG & EPR GMBH and joined hands in the establishment of Sino-German Joint Venture in China- CHINA YIFAN MINING MACHINERY CO., LTD. The new co-partnership company is invested together by both CHINA YIFAN and GERMANY HAZEMAG COMPANY.
