The swing jaw is high- quility cast steel structure. Its iner hole and slot are processed and examined preicisely, which ensures the machine is in safty and reliability as its operation.

The toggle plate is a weidment which had been precisely calculated. It is not only a transmission component, but also a safty device of the crusher.When the material can not be broken and beyond the capacity of the machine, the toggle plate will immediately snapped.As the same time the crusher stops work so as to prevent other main parts from damage. Toggle pad and togle plate pad contact in rolling way. On normal conditions, the friction is little and just spread lubricant on the contact surface.

Adjusted components are used to adjust the opening of discharg size, as well as compensate for the wearing components between the jaw plate, elbow plate and elbow plate pad.
