DNA immunoadsorption column , as a high-tech product, created initiatively in the field of blood purification worldwide , was ranked among the state 863 target plan project and state level troch plan project , gained American invention patent and national invention patent . DNA immunoabsorbent uses sphere-carbonized resin as carrier. DNA is fixed with special envelope as anti-DNA antibody¡¯s antigen of Lupus Erythematosus patients. It can specifically recognize and combine anti-DNA antibodies, antinuclear antibodies and immunocomplexes to maintain homeostasis of immunoregulation.
