Company Brief

We are seeking entities that are qualified to fund our Gold project, or you can fund us internally.

We have a proprietary two stage ALFA-BETA Refining Process.
for separating very high yields of precious metals from certain types of complex ore bodies.

Over the course of the past 20 years we have located and retained control over millions of tons of the appropriate materials. Part of this ore body is owned outright, and part is controlled via leases from BLM and/ or Forestry Services.

Our proforma estimates that the commercially viable refining facility we are raising funds to build, would have a capacity to process thousands of tons of this complex ore per year.

Multiple tests have demonstrated in excess of 190 gold troy ounces per ton of raw complex ore. This estimate represents a ten year potential for recoveries in excess of 500, 000 troy ounces of gold per year.

Some simple math, using a nominal gold price of $ 1, 000 USD per troy ounce, indicates the potential for the extraction and refining in excess of $ 500, 000, 000 per year of gold.

At the projected rate of production, we currently own or control sufficient quantities of the appropriate raw materials to last a hundred years without requiring further exploration or development. All of the ore bodies are located in the lower 48 states of the continental USA and are easily accessible, in some cases 12 months per year.

We are willing to demonstrate a sufficient degree of the process in-person under the supervision of 3rd party experts, as well as to verify our control of the various ore bodies previously mentioned.

We are seeking a Joint Venture partner with the capacity to help us implement our commercially-viable two-stage refinery project.

Ultimately the entire installation will require $ 120 million USD but we reach viable commercial capacity with an initial $ 20 million of funding. From that point we could either finance the balance of the project internally or continue to seek external capital funding.
