3) all dimension about tinning and subject to the manufacturing (chanton) tolerances
4) the lead free soldering is of 30C higher melting point than the ordinary solder, therfore the soldering aid will stick on the surface of tips due to hightemperature carbonization. this will result in repellence between tips and solder. to facilitate soldering process , frequently cleaning of tips is recommended.
