Phoenix SDS is one of the worldâ € ™ s largest suppliers of foaming additive to produce lightweight concrete ( construction market) and we are one of the largest producers of lightweight block in the region.

We specialize in lightweight concrete - working both at our own Research and Development Laboratory, and with several universities to explore and develop new applications for lightweight concrete.

Lightweight concrete blocks ( made from cement, sand, water and fine air bubbles) have significantly better properties compared to concrete, brick and normal weight block. It' s heat insluation is more than 10 times better, sound protection is significantly better ( your room is quieter) , fire protection is 6 times better, and buildings can built faster - due to the blocks' low weight.

Lastly, and most importantly, the cost per m2 of wall - compared to using red bricks - remanins the same. Better performance without increasing costs - such can only be done with the advant of new technology - K Block Technology.

With our Asian base in Thailand, Phoenix SDS sells Lightweight Block to customers throughout Thailand and Asia ( ie. Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Japan) and we have supplied equipment, foaming agent and training/ technology to more over 15 companies who wanted to start their own lightweight block plant.

The key to our success in selling our technology to others, lies in providing our customers with a complete service package - plant designs, mix designs, equipment, foam additive and technology to produce lightweight concrete â € “ as well as providing training for production procedures, QC tests, and the technical aspects of lightweight concrete. In addition, we have follow-up training programs to help train your sales personnel.

Production systems can be designed for labour-intensive low volume plants producing 2m3 of lightweight concrete per day to fully automatic plants producing over 1, 000 m3 of lightweight concrete per day
