Phoenix SDS sells a complete lightweight block plant - including mixers, conveyors, moulds, cutting machines, carts, and control panel.

Raw materials include: cement, sand, water and foam agent (this additive makes a foam made up of fine air bubbles)

Customer requirements differ depending on amount of labour vs automatic components and on what the customer may have already or wants to make for themselves (ie. some wish to make the block moulds instead of importing them - so we only supply a few sample block moulds)
