PT. Galaxy Artha Propertindo ( GAP) formally established since June 24, 2014 ( Deed of Establishment of PT with 46 in Notary Office Nathalia A. Jinata SH. Jakarta) by Yati Yuliati and Halima MSi.

Base on the need for very high property which is still inadequate in comparison with the number of local and foreign productive population that continues to grow and continues to require various means dwelling, place of business and work, a place of education, social and public facilities, supporting life-style status with family, the GALAXY PROPERTY under the support of the entire management of PT. Galaxy Artha Propertindo ( GAP) seeks to unite the vision and mission of our professional property agent to Success Together.

Especially with the huge growth spurt in the property business in this country we eat we will continue to air-synergy with various stakeholders such as the Property Investor, Developer, Contractor, Consultant and Broker, as well as local governments to be able to continue to serve our Customers.

Although we just established recently, but our network is quite large and spread out, we already have hundreds of property listings ( Secondary and Primary) , reinforced ranks of professional agents to hundreds of members that is growing every day, also has two large offices has long operated ( using the old brand name previously) is in Jakarta and Bekasi, immediately opened another branch office in Bogor ( month of August 2014) , and following the other branch offices in several places and other cities are being prepared.

Network members ( Agent) we were scattered in various strategic areas inside, outside the city and outside the island, Sustainable Training routine continues to be carried out intensively for potential Leader ( Marketing Manager) for his coaching team were bigger. Also training ( inhouse, onstreet, outbound training) given to the Agent with a variety of soft skills training materials and technical skills that will be very useful for them. Expected later they will learn to be independent in melisting, selling ( closing) and the recruiting agent and nurture its team, while still under the supervision of Senior Leader on it.
