Carbide Grade powder ( RTP) called ready to press powder is free-flowing granules which are the basic materials of sintered cemented carbide products. After ball milled, fully mixed and spray dried, the powders are shaped into spherical granules with excellent flow-ability. Each granule contains the constituents of a specified grade, such as tungsten carbide, cobalt, nickel, titanium carbide and other additives with a binder & lubricant. We manufactures a wide array of blended tungsten carbide-cobalt powders in both unpelleted and ready-to-press forms. Unpelleted blends are popularly used as starting material for finished hardfacing powders. Ready-to-press blends, which are made with a proprietary agglomeration process, offer ease of compaction, improved sinterability, and low porosity.
