When you use the sheet, you need adjust the dimension and indication of graduation. The users can be according you need the dimensions to adjust the graduations continuously. The linear speed of the production is 2700mm/c. when you need to produce the big diameter, you can take widely the knife width to improve the speed of the cutting the sheets.
1# is the screw of the locking dimension. Before you adjust it, it should be in the looseness. When you adjust the inner diameter, you can screw down it.
2# is adjusting the inner dimension hand wheel.
3# and 4# are operator of adjusting the clearance of knifes in the inner diameter. When it has the clearance, you should loosen the 4# bolt and use the spanner to fix the 3# parts. Then use the spanner to turn the 3# parts. When the spanner turn to it clockwise, the clearance will become bigger. Whereas, the clearance will become smaller. You need to adjust the dimension of the two knifes to 0.05mm. After adjustment you must screw the 4# bolt closely. At the same time you also need to keep the 3# parts fixing with the spanner. Don¡¯t let it turn around. If the clearance of two knifes will have some changes. When you screw it closely you can turn 15# hand wheel around. You need to check it touching on two knifes. At the same time, you turn around the 2# hand wheel. And you move the knife shelf come-and-go. (Note: 1# bolt if locking). Whatever, you make sure knifes have no touching. If it case has happened, you must adjust them again.
5# is closing the cover and adjusting the bolts. In the ordinary, you don not need adjust it. We have done it. You use the machinery in the long term. When the machine cut the production of the outer diameter, the knife shelf has moving up and down. You need to screw the it closely. You screw it too closely to turn around the 16# hand wheel hardly.
6# is operator of the adjusting clearance of cutting the outer diameter. When you adjust it , you should loosen the 6# bolt using the spanner. You should knock on the fixing block. Knocking it out is making the clearance become bigger and opposition is becoming smaller. After adjusting you should screw the 6# bolt( turn around the 15#hand wheel, and check out the knife if touching it.)
8# is used in the pull closely triangular tape gasket. In the long-term working, the strap can become flabby. If you take out the it, the 8# can become closely.
10# is the ferrous plug of adjusting bolt. In the long-term working, you can find the big clearance of the steatite. And the upper knife is shaking. In this time, you need adjust the clearance of the steatite. After adjustment, you should turn around the 15# hand wheel. If you screw too closely, the parts can be attaint. Only it has a little clearance.
11# is the upper knife fixed bolt. When you need to grinded knife, you loosen off the bolt. Only you shake the knife, the knife can be off. If the knife can not be taken off, you can use the puller to take off it. In this time, you need to keep the distance inner diameter knife to the outer diameter knife. In this way, you can do it conveniently. You grinded the knife to pull off it. You need to keep the knife down. To keep it down, you need screw off the 16#nut. And you turn around the 15# hand wheel.
12# is the down knife to fixed bolt. When you screw off the 16#nut and turn around the 15# hand wheel, you can use the 12#bolt to make the down knife to go down. Then the down knife can be shoot out. When the down knife goes replacement, you need to check out it. You should make sure the knife in the middle of the shelf. Whatever you adjust the upper or down knife, you should make the upper and down knife to keep the 1.5 mm distances.
13# is the position thimble of the cutting production center. If you need produce the big production, you only need to put the withstanding cover. The thimble is moving. If you do not use it, you can pull out it.
14# is the hand wheel of adjusting outer diameter. Before you turn around it, you should screw off the 19#bolt. After you adjust it, you can screw closely 19#bolt. The draw of the machine is telling us to produce the biggest dimension of the 1000mm. when you produce the 2000mm, the machine has no the hand wheel. However, we offer the lengthen sheet. It can be taken off.
15# is the starting adjusting hand wheel of the machine cam. Before and after working, you also need pull the upper knife in the highest position. In this way, it can be convenient for the production in and out.
