I-Techplast is sister company of Industrial Jewels Pvt. Ltd. established in 1966 making micro-precision parts from ultra hard material since last 42 years.
I-Techplast established in 2004 in Gujarat ( India) is joint venture with Meccanica R.P.C. srl Italy which is more than 60 years old company in making of precision plastic parts in its field.
I-Techplast is ISO 9001: 2000 TUV Germany certified quality maintaining injection molded plastic parts manufacturing company.
Factory is located At: Shampara, near Bhavnagar City, Gujarat with gross land area of 9715 square meters.
Total 800 employee staff includes all group of companies.
Total group turnover approx. 20 million USD.
I-Techplast is EOU ( Export Oriented Unit) so, we are getting duty free material and some relaxations hence we able to give competitive benefits to our customers.
We have different tonnage capacity machines of Engle-Austria ( consider best in industry) to make any plastic part up to 212 grams weight.
We have color measurement machines, video inspection machine etc. for in-house QC.
We have 2k rotary production facility to make any combo material part and also having robot system to make speedy, accurate production.
We have in-house R& D QC system and qualified staff to execute such kind of operations.
We are working 24 hours 365 days to deliver speedy production to our valued customer.
As per our customerâ € ™ s needs, all our products are certified to be RoHS compliant and necessary certifications are provided to our customers.
Our product line covers a wide range of applications such as computer peripherals, microelectronic & leading consumer white goods. We also have wide experience in working with various kinds of plastic materials.
