The buckwheat cleaning sizing hulling and separating equipment is one of Qiaopai Group’ s patent products.

It consists of two units: cleaning and sizing unit, hulling and separating unit.

Cleaning and sizing unit can clean various impurities in the buckwheat seeds ( such as big and small impurities, light impurities, heavy impurities, etc.) , then size the buckwheat seed into 7 grades.

Hulling and separating unit can de-hull each grade of 6 grades ( except the grade of smallest size) individually, then remove shells from kernels, separate un-hulled seeds from kernels. Un-hulled seeds will be returned back to de-huller for re-hulling again automatically.
