TAT was established on 6th August 2009 with 2 main shareholders. Our total capital is 2, 888, 800, 000 VND ( Two billions 8 hundred and eighty eight million eight hundred thousand VND) , with Ms. Nguyen Huyen Trang-director, having 40% , others 60% is from Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Phuc-Vice Director.
Subject is a limited liability company, and its internal ultimate authority is the Board of Directors. The General Manager is hold exclusively responsible for daily management. The main departments include the General Managerâ € ˜ s Office, Sales Dept., Dept. of Administration, Purchasing Dept., Dept. of Finance, and Dept. of Technical Support.
