DL-CS2009 is a wireless controller for AC motor positive and negative rotating with limit switch function.

Feature:

1. 2CH with double limit function.
2. Application: positive and negative rotate of the motor, up and down sliding of automatic door( gate barrier, rolling door) , left and right sliding of curtain, up and down of the wireless control motor and anti-theft etc.
3. High-capacity of the relay can control the motor or device up to thousand Kilowat.
4. It is a wireless technology, there is no direction and the relay will not affect each other.

Pin and wiring specificaton:

Attention: N & L is 220V power input terminal, 1 & 4 is normally opened, 2 & 5 is common, 3 & 6 is normally closed, the relay will work only when 7& 8, 9 & 10 is short connected.

Operating instruction:

a. Power specification: AC220V, the output pattern of momentary, interlock and toggle can be changed at any time.

b. When we use the interlock working mode to control the rotate of the motor, it is necessary to use the in place control. We can break the connection wire between KC1 and KC2 on the controller, and connect one group of limit switch of normally closed auxiliary contact.

c. The option of the control mode: press any button of the remote, LED will flash continually, or it can’ t learn the code from the controller. There are 2 buttons at least on the remote control for momentary and toggle, and 3 buttons at least for interlock. Keep pressing the learn button on the controller, after 2 seconds, the learnt led will be on, another 4 seconds, the led will extinguish. Keep pressing the learn button, the led will flash one time, when we learn the code at this time, it is momentary. When we learn after two times flashing, it is toggle. And after three times flashing, it is interlock.

d. The learning method: keep pressing the learn button, after 2 seconds, the learn led will be on, keep pressing the learn button, until the led flash, release the learn button, press any button of the remote, the led will flash 3 times, that means the first relay has been learnt successfully. Continue to press the other button of the remote control, until the led flash 3 times, that means the second relay has been learnt successfully. Right now, the learning is finished.

Attention: this controller will support 16 remotes, when we learn 17th remote, the code of the 1st remote will be removed. For the interlock mode, when the first two buttons are learnt, the third button will be the stop button.

e. Delete the code: keep pressing the learn button of the controller, after 2 seconds, the learnt led will be on, after another 4 seconds, the learnt led will extinguish, that means the code has been deleted.
