Dear sir, Re: Looking for our partner in Indonesia for baby wear.- Page.1/ 2 We are apparel company â â GENTE CO., LTD.â on baby wear in Japan, we have been doing our business quite long time( 40 years) in this industry. We create all the designs by us in Japan and produce in China, basically all the products should be imported and sold to our Customers â likeâ Department storesâ , â Wholesalerâ , â Speciality shopsâ and â GMS Storesâ in Japan. All the products have been produced by our own factory and our cooperative factories in China. However, the situation of China is now getting to be difficult situation with production â with labor , material and various points. Therefore, we are now looking for the possibility to produce our Baby Wear in your country â Indonesia. ( We are looking for some available factories in your country) We would like to know if you can accept our conditions as under mentioned.- Our conditions; 1) Products : Baby wear ( from new born to 3 year baby) 2) Size range: 80 cm / 90 cm/ 95 cm ( main sizes) 3) Item: Outer garments â T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Pants, Coverall and etc 4) Inner garments â Pyjamas, Rompers Briefs, Shorts, and other underwear 5) Material: Cotton â For Woven & Knit 6) Processed â Printing and Embroidery are required. 7) Accessories: Tape, Lace, Button, etc. 8) Order quantity: 2, 000 pcs/ style.( 2 color variations and 3 sizes = 6 sku) 9) Free Formaldehyde : under 0.05 controled ( JIS standard) . ( As for above Formaldehyde, you should strictly control the chemical. Otherwise, we can not Sell the products in Japan.) 10) Quality Standard: As per General Performance Requirements for Textile Fabrics.
