Pressure reactive multipiston, squeeze head moulding machine. The multipiston moulding process and its' related technology, more than any other system, promotes casting productivity, high-dimensional accuracy, consistent repeatable weight levels, and an excellent casting finish. These results are possible thanks to the high uniform level of mould hardness found on both the vertical and horizontal surfaces of the moulds. This increased hardness and compaction of the mould, even close to the edge of the moulding box, allows for the best utilisation of the pattern equipment. Unlike other systems, a particular characteristic of the multipiston system, is the significant reduction in noise levels,
box size ranging 1,2 square metres ( 1200*1000) HIGH 400+400 MM, with associated production levels of 80 moulds per hour, with an automatic pattern changing device. Our moulding plants have been designed to reduce the level of maintenance to a minimum, and come complete with a programmed care system that includes automatic lubrication.
