RiSkill ( Risk & Skill) was established in 2004 by Mr. Thon Huijser. He holds a degree in Horticulture and Economics, and almost 30 years of agro field, ( inter) national agro-banking, and agro-consultancy experience covering 28 countries predominantly in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa.

During his career Thon held positions on â € ˜ all sides of the tableâ € ™ : commercial, risk, strategy, research, product development, decision-making, policy, workout, turnaround management, and training. This rare skill set results in a unique capability to support the ( re) structuring process of effective solutions in complex situations.
