    This equipment is mainly used for the precise components’ vacuum light annealing, tempering, solid melt effectiveness, vacuum brazing etc of the high-speed steel, molding tool steel, stainless steel, alloy steel,

    Structure
    The vacuum braze furnace is divided into vertical and the horizontal-type. According to the furnace temperature height and the customer technological requirement, use the graphite either the molybdenum or the tungsten to make the heating element and the heat shield. Heating element is separable to arrange. Various areas control warm, programmable PID adjusts independently. The chamber may be whole emigrated, and be advantageous for the maintenance.
