The series of well-type gas nitriding furnace is formed by the welding of profile steel and steel plates. The furnace lining is made of light-weight refractory brick , and the heating elements are made of electrothermal alloy , which is equipped on the wire shelf brick around the hearth with a spiral shape. There is muffle tank in the hearth, in which there is a loading basket made of heat-resistance steel. When dealing with the workpiece, users can open the circulating fan to promote the atmosphere circulation to make an even nitriding on the surface of workpiece. On the cover, there is equipped with an organic liquid instillator, an ammonia pipe and an exhaust pipe. The wasted gas in the furnace is exhausted through the exhaust pipe and other pressures can be adjusted by the cut-off valve on the exhaust pipe.
The series of electric furnace can be equipped with nitrogen control instruments to precisely control the nitrogen condition.
