On behalf of the supplier we are offering you Bonny Light and Forcados
Crude Oil on FOB and TTO. Seller loads vessel directly from the NNPC
terminals on Spot or Allocation depending on contract for supply to
buyers dis-port storage facility.

This is a legal transaction seller gives POP and only deals with
buyers with POF.
