We have a complete set of VCO processing plant:
1. COCONUT CUTTER
Used to cut the coconut to halves.
2. COCONUT GRATER
Used to pick the coconut meat from the shell.
3. SCREW ROLL PRESS
The coconut meat will be pressed by this machine to extract the milk.
4. SEPARATOR 1000
To separate water from the milk.
5. MIXER 3000
Used to crack the milk so the oil will be no longer tied to the protein.
6. CENTRIFUGE 4000
This centrifuge will press the oil out of the milk emulsion.
7. VACUUM FILTER
To filter the resulting oil from the protein.
8. VACUUM EVAPORATOR
To reduce water content of the VCO.
9. LIQUID FILLER
To fill the VCO to the bottle according to the bottle volume
