As an Agent, we have the opportunity to offer:

Commodity: Alluvial Gold Dust

Quantity: 1.000Kg Weekly x 52 Weeks.

Duration: One ( 1) Year with Extensions to Five ( 5) Years.

Quality: 22 Carats Plus

Purity: 92% or Better

Origin: Africa ( Burkinafaso, Benin)

Product History: Clean, too clear, not liens and non-criminal origin.

Price: NET $ Usd 19.000 per 1Kg. / GROSS $ Usd 20.000 per 1Kg.

Delivery: CIF at Buyer’ s designated Refinery’ s

Payment: Bank Instrument ( BG MT103/ 23, MT760) , DLC, SBLC & POFMT799) before delivery and final payment is made 72hrs after assay report from buyers refinery for all the quantity supplied.

Shipment: Seller is responsible to pay for the cost of exporting the gold from Benin to Buyers refinery.

PROCEDURE:

1. Seller Mandate sends PROTOCOL/ FCO, CLIENTS INFORMATION and NCND to buyer.

2. Buyer signs PROTOCOL / FCO, fills document CLIENT´ S INFORMATION and returns to the Seller Mandate, including NCND.

3. Both Buyer and seller sign contract.
* Proof of Product
Seller has their own security department where store their gold.
Buyer can send someone you trust to Benin to confirm the existence of gold before issuing bank instruments.
If the Buyer does not accept this option, Buyer has three ( 3) business days after received the contract to issue banking instruments.

4. Buyer through his bank puts up a bank Instrument in respect of the sellers write up for the total value of the gold dust.
* Seller does not give 2% P/ B when dealing with MT799, MT103-23 conditional or DLC payment.
* Seller is ready to give 2% P/ B if Buyer is willing to put up a bank instrument with duration of one year one day.

5. Buyers bank sends bank Instrument to sellers bank.

6. Seller bank verifies and confirms the credibility of the Bank Instrument

7. The goods shall be shipped to the buyer’ s refinery with 7 days accompanied by the export director of seller to witness the refining process.

8. Payments are made into seller’ s bank account within72hrs after final assay report from buyer’ s refinery.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment of Monthly contractual quantity under the terms of this Agreement shall be made upon completion of delivery within Maximum of 7days after the Final Assay Report which is issued by buyer’ s refinery. The payment shall be made by foreign Bank Draft , drawn in USD or EURO, in favor of the Seller payable in Asia or Europe.

PAYMENT GUARANTEE / BANK INTSRUMENTS

To guarantee payment of each delivery, the Buyer / Buyers bank undertakes to open an Irrevocable " Good End Execution" , Payment guarantee, confirming the readiness of the Buyer to pay for each and every lot of Raw Gold delivered on monthly basis, within max. of 7 working days after execution of contract. [ Payment guarantee shall be either BG MT760/ MT103, all payment guarantee shall be irrevocable, confirmable and transferable.] Buyer’ s payment guarantee shall be actively operative until the end of contract, ( SPA) .
( VERBIAGE MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO SENDING BY SWIFT, SO THAT IT WILL BE APPROVED BY THE SELLERS BANK) -: ALTERNATE CORPORATE BANK ACCOUNTS – Due to the different banking Regulations and practices around the world, various banking instruments are accepted by some banks in some countries and not accepted by others. Depending upon the financial instrument finally issued by the Buyer to the Seller, in order to facilitate the transaction, it may be necessary for the Seller to use a bank other than that originally designated.
