Using methods

Using spray manner.

Before using shall stir to make the paint to use uniform.

Mould should clean up the best on the sand fall coating adhesion is better.

Mould temperature control in 180-240 degrees for spraying.

Coating thickness: bottom-formwork thickness for 30-40um die and mould, 80-180um.
