PeMad is an independent translation and language service based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It operates under the auspices of an Indonesian NGO called Yayasan Suara Bhakti ( YSB) or â € ˜ Voice of Dedication Foundationâ € ™ , founded based on Memorandum of Association No. 164 Year 1987.

PeMad itself was established in 1998 and is officially recognized with the Business License No. 503 / 8401 / HO / 2011. A significant percentage of PÃ © Madâ € ™ s operational profits are passed on to YSBâ € ™ s Community Development program which provides free assistance with income generating schemes and English language training for marginalized communities in the Yogyakarta region.

Aside from PeMad, Yayasan Suara Bhakti has four other divisions working in related fields: The Wisma Bahasa ( Indonesian Language Training) , the Wisma Bahasa - English Division, the Suara Pustaka ( Publishing house) and a Community Development division.
